Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development among the team.
  2. Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
  3. Operations Management: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and guest seating. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient coordination between the front and back of the house.
  4. Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills of front-of-house staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to deliver top-tier service. Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote continuous improvement.
  5. Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, addressing their preferences and special requests. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, seeking opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
  6. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory control, and budget adherence. Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining service quality.
  7. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring that cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet our high standards. Take proactive measures to address any issues promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house management role in a high-volume restaurant is essential.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our industry operates during peak times.
