Community Manager, North America, AWS Developer ExperienceJoin the AWS Developer Experience Team as a Community Manager in North America, building lasting relationships with technical communities and driving community initiatives for AWS developers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and program manage NAMER community advocacy strategy, engaging developers and builders seeking Cloud and AWS skills.Scale existing community awareness programs in NAMER (AWS User Groups, AWS Community Day events, and more) while innovating new community initiatives relevant to the region.Report on metrics and discuss progress of community initiatives with leadership, evolving strategy to align with shifting community needs.About the TeamThis role joins the AWS Developer Experience organization, whose goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers worldwide by meeting them where they are and providing the right technical education, tools, and resources to enable developer success.Basic Qualifications4+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.Experience working with end user or developer communities.Experience running and growing communities of developers.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience working with developer communities.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
