Description Are you a community manager who enjoys building lasting relationships with technical communities? The AWS Developer Experience Team is seeking an experienced, committed, and innovative community manager to own and build developer communities in North America, while also building lasting relationships with AWS community leaders and advocates. Key job responsibilities Own and program manage NAMER Community advocacy strategy to engage with developers and builders who seek to acquire Cloud and AWS skills. Scale existing community awareness programs in NAMER (AWS User Groups, AWS Community Day events, and more), as well as innovating net-new community initiatives relevant to the region. Report on metrics and discuss progress of the community initiatives with leadership, evolving strategy as needed to align to shifting community needs. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
