Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst to join a mission-critical team driving innovation in internal knowledge tools. This role supports the Knowledge Navigator platform, which powers how teams organize, search, and access case-related materials. Skills and Requirements 8+ years as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in tech/product environments Strong Agile and Scrum experience Skilled in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprints Excellent stakeholder management and expectation-setting Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Experienced in coordinating cross-functional product and technical teams Detail-oriented with ability to anticipate risks and dependencies Background in consulting or professional services (preferred) Quick learner, able to explain complex proprietary systems clearly - Familiarity with knowledge management systems or intranet tools Understanding of enterprise content tagging, access entitlement models, or metadata-driven discovery systems Experience in user research or usability testing Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Tableau, or SharePoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
