Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a global consulting firm within the AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will support the Team Builder squad focused on building an AI powered recruiting tool for internal stakeholders. This position will be focused on both technical background as well as stakeholder management, serving as the bridge between functional and technical parties. The ideal candidate will have experience developing Generative AI based solutions, using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG), multi agent architectures driven solutions. This position will be a 12-month contract with opportunity for extension or conversion, sitting in India with preference to candidate who can go onsite in the NCR region. Working hours will be 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST Monday-Friday. Pay-rate: $18 to $25/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering At least 7–10 years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering Advanced proficiency in Python for data science, engineering & LLMs 2+ years of hands‑on experience building Generative AI products at scale Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other RAG-based architectures Experience with system reliability/production environment, Docker, Airflow, AWS Microservices, etc. Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines #J-18808-Ljbffr
