Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first CenterWell is seeking a hard-working and dedicated Registered Nurse to promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process and who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others. Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. * Responsible for l evaluation of patients with ambulatory diagnoses as well as possible acute conditions. The triage nurse will work in partnership with the center's mid-levels and PCPs. * In consultation with the center's mid-levels and / or PCPs the triage nurse will initiate treatment, if necessary, for common ambulatory diagnoses. * Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations. * 2 to 5 years of Urgent Care experience * Simple wound care * Works well in a team of healthcare providers.
