What’s a typical day as a Service Dispatch Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Dispatching and coordinating service requests efficiently.
• Communicating with technicians and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
• Supporting and triaging client needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of service calls.
• Collaborating with Finance/Payroll for technician billing/hours.
• Providing a world-class customer service experience via phone and email.

• Have previous experience in a service coordination/dispatcher role.
