Job Description: As a Senior Project Engineer specializing in commercial concrete, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial concrete, exceptional technical skills, and a proven ability to lead project teams.

 Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial concrete projects, from initial planning to completion
  • Develop and review project plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise in concrete mix design, formwork, reinforcement, and placement
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets, estimates, and proposals
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff

Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial concrete
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial concrete construction processes
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale concrete projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
