This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and strategy. The LPM will manage product performance and related KPIs, work closely with development teams in an agile environment, and mentor other Product Managers. The role you will contribute: Determine customer or service needs and translate them into requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (leadership, developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, UX, activation, and operations) and external vendors. Build roadmaps and backlogs, define requirements, and ensure implementation plans match expectations. Lead and facilitate internal and customer training on product usage and serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to stakeholders. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation as well as defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Mentor other members of the product team. Drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance product capabilities and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation within the product lifecycle and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize processes. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to customers. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the product. The value you will bring to the team: Directs, implements, and manages knowledge-based information services for the system library. Provides technical and administrative support for these services. Serves as consultant for knowledge-based clinical references for AdventHealth facilities. Develops, implements, and manages projects in knowledge-based information, informatics, and the internet. Assists with resource acquisition and evaluation by: maintaining advanced knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in library information systems, information literacy, health information resources, copyright, medical education, and the role of technology; ensuring the current resource offerings are evidence-based, contemporary and in support of AdventHealths mission. Hires, trains, and guides library & information services staff in the provision of library and knowledge-based systems services. Provides library & information services to all AdventHealth employees. Maintains the system online catalog, the order of records/receipts, and subscriptions for AdventHealth facilities to ensure accurate and secure access. Assists with evaluating new methods and emerging knowledge-based information technology to determine compatibility, cost effectiveness, and potential benefit to AdventHealth. Plans, analyzes and evaluates library services on an on-going basis to ensure that information needs are being met and improve existing services or implement new services. Provides literature unavailable in the library through a nation-wide system of inter-library borrowing or on-line searches. Directs the daily operations of the AdventHealth library, manages professional staff, and supports local librarians with subscriptions and/or technical assistance with specific holdings. Provides orientation for nurse residency programs and graduate medical education programs and instructs users on library services, on-line databases, reference tools, policies and procedures, and copyright compliance. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of library's operating systems and monitors operations. Maintains the system copyright permission repository for copyright permissions obtained for the system or local level. Maintains good relations with other departments/teams to enhance services and ensure linkage of services through individual, team, and group interaction with local, regional and system level. Manages the development and promotion of library resources by developing new library promotion strategies and materials of resources, such as new handouts, websites, displays, video education, or campaigns. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's Required 7 related experience in software product management and working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders in an agile development environment. Understanding of Product Management principles Understanding of business KPIs and the ability to drive them Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding project and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box Technical skills such as Microsoft Automation Tools and at least one development programing language Experience with AI and automation technologies Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities Preferred experience includes expertise in technical endpoint tools, collaboration, and productivity products. This role will oversee all products, collaborating with one product manager based in the U.S. and another offshore. The product management program is relatively new, demanding previous experience in developing company value metrics, product roadmaps, and educational and training communications. Notably, 90% of the products are sourced from other vendors, while the remaining 10% are developed in-house by our tools team. Must have excellent PowerPoint presentation building experience (Examples Preferred), Financial Value Story Experience, and Data Analytics Experience basics. Examples of Products: Microsoft Intune, Entra, Lakeside Systrack, or internal products such as Know.Me AI Application Provisioning and a Collaboration tool for User self-service management. This position is designed for the Lead Product Manager of Technology Services and its entire suite of products.
