About the Role

Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for video production? We're looking for a Video Project Manager to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our clients' visions and our creative team, ensuring that every project is executed to perfection.


Key Responsibilities

Client Collaboration:

  • Meet with clients to understand their video needs and goals.
  • Help translate their vision into clear and actionable plans.

Pre-Production Planning:

  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to create engaging storyboards and concepts.
  • Develop detailed project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Clearly communicate project ideas, goals, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring everyone understands the project's direction and final objectives.

Project Management:

  • Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
  • Work closely with video editors, animators, and other team members to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Client Feedback:

  • Review client feedback on drafts and revisions, ensuring all changes are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout the process.

Hands-On Editing:

  • Handle quick editing tasks independently when needed, utilizing basic video editing skills.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in video production or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of video production processes, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
