Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Management functions include new business development, customer service, networking/relationship building and reporting of business analysis and trends. The ideal candidate will have correctional industry knowledge or the ability to learn quickly and have excellent communication and organization skills.
POSITION PURPOSE
To sell solutions & services to Correctional Facilities that enable improved operational efficiencies by lowering costs, reducing labor & eliminating liability. Represents all areas of the Tiger Correctional organization when interacting with customers & presents the Company in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- College Degree Preferred
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
- Ability to travel to do business up to 70% mostly in territory.
- Stays current with company activities & projects, correctional industry trends & government regulations.
- Stays up to date on selling techniques by reading sales bulletins, Company literature, product brochures, technical publications & sales seminar attendance.
