Responsibilities Advise site leadership on HR initiatives and foster a collaborative labor environment in partnership with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations Coach managers on labor relations, grievance handling, and daily union interactions alongside the HR Business Partner Labor Relations Analyze workforce data to identify trends and address labor-related challenges with support from the HR Business Partner Labor Relations Deliver training to strengthen leadership capability and ensure contract compliance with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations Serve as a liaison during negotiations and labor-management meetings, collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner Labor Relations Qualifications Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred 3–5 years of HR experience in a unionized environment, ideally with exposure to HR Business Partner Labor Relations responsibilities Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, including experience partnering with an HR Business Partner Labor Relations Ability to build trust across all levels, including frontline leaders and union reps—key qualities for an HR Business Partner Labor Relations Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office with a data-driven mindset aligned to the HR Business Partner Labor Relations role Benefits Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401k with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
