As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environmentGuide and coach managers through labor relations matters, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and day-to-day union interactionsMonitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challengesPartner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practicesServe as a key liaison during contract negotiations and labor-management meetings, ensuring consistent application of collective bargaining agreements and labor lawsThis is what you bring to us:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred35 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong working knowledge of employment and labor law, with direct experience supporting or leading labor relations initiativesProven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership and union representativesProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solvingWhat we offer you:Competitive payHealth coverage for you and your familyGenerous number of vacation days each yearPaid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays401k with company matchApplications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.Your contact person: Marisa Tavolacci, People & Organization Plymouth, MIWebasto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
