Once you join the team, you will perform a wide variety of tasks within the production line and in a warehouse setting. We have positions available for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis. Available shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-12:00am


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manually pick and place small components onto specified areas.
  • Operate tools such as, but not limited to; drills, mono-bolt guns, and wrenches during the assembly process.
  • Read electrical blueprints and install components such as relays, controls and other types of controllers on electrical panels; Read all SOP and guidelines as they pertain to the job duties.
  • Receive parts kit from inventory; Examine parts for defects such as pinholes or chips.
  • Build and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time.
  • Willingness to move to a variety of workstations and perform a multitude of tasks.
  • Follow policies and instructions that pertain to quality work standards and production quality.
  • Promote safety and apply 5s principles; clean, dust, sweep, mop, tape, and organize your work area.
  • Must be able to work well in a team setting and be willing to collaborate with others as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents written in English.
  • Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly.
  • Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
