About the Role

As a member of our assembly team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our products. Your attention to detail and ability to work under general supervision will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned automated assembly machinery to ensure component flow and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform changeovers and setups according to production schedules and document results as required by quality procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area while following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a detail-oriented mindset with multi-tasking abilities. Strong communication skills are also essential, both written and verbally.

In addition, you should be able to read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions, become proficient in all assembly and special processes, and detect and correct errors using established company communication and quality methodology.

You will work closely with your team to meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity. Cross-training in other departments may be required based on business needs.
