Oracle SaaS ERP Solution Architect Job Overview & Responsibilities We are a top-tier Oracle Systems Integrator specializing in rapid and effective cloud implementations. We are looking for an experienced Oracle SaaS ERP Solution Architect to join our Sales Enablement team. The Oracle SaaS ERP Solution Architect is an expert-level SaaS technologist responsible for developing technical RFP responses for Oracle ERP opportunities. As an Oracle ERP SaaS SME, you will focus on supporting multiple, simultaneous technical efforts ranging from 1-12 months in length and dealing with Oracle ERP SaaS Applications. This position generates the technical proposals that demonstrate Mythics' expertise, value add, and differentiators for implementing Oracle ERP SaaS in the Public Sector market. This role responds to questions around SaaS implementation, training, change management, project management, implementation methodology and overall technical approach. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you are responsible for producing high-quality, customized proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities, solutions, and value proposition to government agencies and public sector organizations. This role operates independently, providing the most complex technical solutions for customers as a recognized authority in this discipline. You'll be the crucial link between sales and delivery, providing the deep, practical expertise needed to design and sell successful implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be one who has walked this path before—someone who is a seasoned expert in Oracle's SaaS applications with an understanding of Oracle's on-premise E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft, and a passion for architecting modern, cloud-native solutions in Oracle's SaaS suite. You'll work with clients to drive their digital transformation, architecting cutting‑edge solutions across Oracle's SaaS ERP offerings. Key Responsibilities Serve as the go‑to expert on Oracle SaaS ERP. You will analyze client requirements and architect detailed implementation plans, including scope definition, project timelines, and resource estimation. Your goal is to design a solution that is not just technically sound, but also realistic and profitable to deliver. Drive the technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle by: Demonstration & Presentation: Create and deliver powerful, customized demonstrations that illustrate how Oracle SaaS applications can directly solve a client's business problems and how our proven methodologies can take the risk out of implementation. RFP/RFI Response: Lead the detailed response to client RFPs and RFIs, contributing to sections on implementation methodology, project governance, and staffing models. Client Advisory: Act as a hands‑on consultant, advising clients on best practices for data migration, system integration, and change management. You'll build confidence in our ability to execute the project successfully. Work closely with the sales team to accurately scope new projects and provide detailed effort estimates. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we commit to projects we can successfully deliver on time and on budget. Create comprehensive proposals that outline solution scope, architecture, and implementation roadmaps. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into a clear, phased plan for a successful cloud adoption. Develop strategic approaches for integrating Oracle SaaS applications with other enterprise systems, both cloud-based and on-premise. You will design coexistence strategies that enable clients to modernize their business processes without disruption. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest features and roadmaps for Oracle's SaaS applications. You will serve as an internal expert, providing guidance to our sales and delivery teams to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Coordinate with PMO and Technical Teams to gather requirements and support solution development through all phases. Perform quality assurance activities including test case definition, scenarios, and scripts. Provide pre‑sales support and maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices. Create ERP SaaS‑related technical documentation, including security policies and procedures. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence related to Oracle ERP/Financials in the public sector. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field and/or equivalent work experience. US Citizen with the ability to obtain US Government clearance. 15 years of work experience specifically in technology delivery. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with state, local government agencies, or educational institutions. Demonstrated success implementing Oracle/Financial solutions in multiple public sector environments. Willingness to travel as needed to client sites. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences, including technical teams and C-level executives. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to design scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions to complex business challenges. Thorough understanding of public sector requirements, regulations, and compliance issues. Experience with state, local, and education (SLED) procurement processes.
