We’re actively seeking a talented Solution Architect to support enterprise functions such as Finance, Actuarial, HR, Compliance, Risk & Legal, to join our Pacific Life Technology Architecture in Newport Beach, CA.
Aligned to Corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Actuarial, Risk, Legal, Compliance, providing architecture guidance and direction on systems and solutions that span a hybrid, multi-cloud environment with SaaS and PaaS vendor systems.
Lead, manage, and coordinate the architecture of a platform and its products.
Design and document the overall structure, components, and interrelationships of a platform (IT systems, applications, data, and infrastructure).
Define patterns to be developed by platform products.
Identify architectural risks and work with platform owners, program managers, software vendors, and platform portfolio architects to mitigate them.
Review epics and features to ensure solution architecture supports them.
Evaluate new technologies and platform/product capabilities to meet business needs.
Strategic planning and blueprinting.
~ Strong understanding of enterprise applications like Peoplesoft, Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, or other similar systems.
Proven experience architecting solutions in Finance, HR, Risk, or related domains.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, data architecture, integration architecture, security and compliance frameworks.
