If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Holiday City wants to hear from you Qualifications & Responsibilities Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards Must have ability to be “on call” Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations Supervisory and management experience Ability to multi-task Organized and time management skills Schedule & Benefits Schedule: Full‑time, day shift, including monthly weekend rotation Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Holiday City is an equal opportunity employer.
