The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross‑functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an analytical, data‑driven, resourceful, customer‑focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high‑performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end‑to‑end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers’ best interests in mind at all times. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
