Prime Video Senior Manager of Product Management Tech Prime Video is Amazon’s first‑stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios‑produced series and moviesHydraulic of licensed fan favorites, and programming from Prime Video add‑ons such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll, and MGM. All customers, regardless of Prime membership, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store and can enjoy free content with ads. As a Prime Video technologist, you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state‑of‑the‑art experiences for our customers. You’ll get to work on fast‑paced, challenging, and varied projects, experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people. We’ll look for you to bring your diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill‑sets to make Prime Video even better for our customers. Responsibilities Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision for the Personalization & Discovery team. Develop and execute product roadmaps to deliver personalized experiences worldwide. Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and content acquisition. Draft product requirements and translate them into engineering functional specifications. Facilitate engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to the product. Prioritize initiatives, drive focus, and deliver high‑scale, broadly adopted technology products. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of team‑management experience. 2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience. 8+ years of technical product or program management experience. Bachelor’s degree. Experience with feature delivery and product trade‑offs. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high‑growth environment. Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
