Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced product manager to lead our customer care team. As a technical product manager, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to drive strategic priorities and align product development with business goals.
  • Identify and define near-term tactical approaches and long-term opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Break down complex initiatives into iterative work streams, coordinating cross-team communications and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Set goals and priorities with the team to drive project momentum and deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead concept-to-delivery of products through the product life cycle, including developer enablement, requirements gathering, launch, and monitoring.
  • Analyze application performance data and propose iterations or future strategic projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Be the voice of the platform team, generating excitement and usage of our evolving business platform through collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate-level education in STEM, Economics/Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical software product management or software engineering/architecture.
  • Consistent track record of delivering high-quality, differentiated product releases.
  • Experience designing APIs, data structures, and platform capabilities, as well as evangelizing to engineers and stakeholders.
  • Experience defining business process flows and breaking down complex initiatives into iterative work streams.
  • Experience working with UX team members or willingness to take a first pass at designs.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done for the team and customers.
  • Sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Opinions and convictions about products, scaling cloud products, and customer experience.
  • Mentality that customers come first, team second, and yourself third.
  • Self-motivated and able to find answers to your own questions.
  • Deep product or engineering experience at one or more highly successful companies.
  • Expertise in metrics and data-driven environments, with skills in data tools such as SQL and Tableau.
  • Experience with split-testing design and interpretation.
  • Driven, relentless, but positive attitude.
