The Challenge We’re Tackling


With obesity affecting 42% of adults in the U.S., it is one of the nation’s most pressing health issues. Traditional weight loss programs fail many individuals by offering a one-size-fits-all approach. Yadira addresses this by delivering personalized, sustainable weight management solutions that are designed to meet each individual’s unique needs.


Role Overview


You will play a crucial role in scaling Yadira. You’ll drive our growth strategy, establish critical partnerships, and expand our presence in the health and wellness industry. Your success will be measured by how effectively you position Yadira as an industry leader, reach growth milestones, secure fundraising, and ensure our mission positively impacts lives.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee the rollout of Yadira’s B2B model, partnering with employers to make Yadira a sought-after employee benefit.

Forge Strategic Alliances: Build relationships with key stakeholders such as insurance companies, brokers, and HR managers to enhance Yadira’s footprint.

Develop and Implement Growth Initiatives: Craft and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital needed for growth, including engaging with investors and preparing materials for pitches.

Raise Brand Awareness: Act as Yadira’s advocate at industry events, benefits conferences, and through other promotional channels.

Drive Partnerships: Collaborate with industry leaders to build strategic alliances and extend Yadira’s influence in the health tech ecosystem.


Required Qualifications


• Experience: 4+ years in a growth-oriented role at a startup with a proven track record of significant growth achievements.

Leadership: Strong background in building and leading high-performing teams, ideally in a co-founder or founding role.

Fundraising Experience: Proven success in raising capital, including investor relations and managing fundraising campaigns.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A hands-on, innovative mindset with the drive to build and grow something impactful.

Strategic Vision: Ability to create and execute data-driven strategies that tackle growth challenges.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Long-Term Vision: A deep commitment to Yadira’s mission and long-term growth.


Preferred Qualifications


• Founding Experience: Experience as a founder or co-founder in digital health or tech startups.

Educational Background: A master’s degree from a top-tier institution is a plus.


What Success Looks Like in This Role


Success in this role means driving significant growth for Yadira by expanding its market presence, securing key partnerships, and consistently hitting or exceeding growth targets. You will also play a pivotal role in raising the capital needed for scaling Yadira, positioning us as a market leader in personalized, AI-driven nutrition and health coaching.
