Our client is seeking a Sr. HR Manager with a strong generalist background who excels at building HR functions from the ground up and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR Operations: Lead the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Act as a trusted resource for employee relations and manage benefits administration effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: Keep the company aligned with current HR laws and regulations by maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and documentation as necessary.
  • Champion Culture & Engagement: Build initiatives to strengthen company culture, such as employee surveys, development programs, and company events, all aimed at enhancing engagement and morale.
  • Oversee Performance Management: Manage the review process, partnering with managers to ensure consistent and fair evaluations while identifying development opportunities for staff.
  • Support Employee Growth: Lead the design and implementation of training and career development programs to nurture talent and support career advancement.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives, offering valuable insights and support to managers and employees alike.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Relevant HR certification (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: 10+ years in HR, with demonstrated expertise in HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Previous experience in Oil & Gas or field services environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Prowess: Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Adept at working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Know-How: Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced in using HR management platforms like Zoho, Workday, or BambooHR.
