The primary purpose of this position, DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL NH-0301-04, is to provide executive level advice and functional expertise to the Center Commander and senior management for all matters concerning manpower and personnel management and programs. Duties Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Personnel Directorate. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Represents the Personnel Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as a confidential advisor to the Commander for all matters related to personnel and manpower. The Director of Personnel acts as the expert consultant for the Center on strategic force management planning. Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required Males must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guidance If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement.
