Intercare Therapy, Inc. is a leading provider of evidence-based behavior services for individuals with autism and related disorders. Our mission is to increase independence and improve the quality of life of our client families. As the VP of Product, Systems, and Analytics at Intercare Therapy, I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA Therapy Business Analyst with a focus on analytics, specifically in Tableau, to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into the company's clinical and business operations.
- Build and maintain Excel reports to provide data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
- Teach and coach team members on how to use Excel and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that insights are communicated effectively.
- Contribute to the company's roadmap and strategic direction by analyzing industry trends and providing insights on how to position the company for success.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive insights.
- Proficient in Tableau SQL, Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Proficient in Data Visualization
- Experience with Central Reach required
- Experience in data analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Tableau for 2-3 years preferred.
- Experience creating custom SQL tables and views in reporting.
- Experience with DBT for 1+ years preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift or other database management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
