Head of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce For our Digital Marketing and E-Commerce division at Leister AG, we are looking for an independent, motivated individual with a flair for digital strategies, data-driven marketing, and innovative technologies. You know how to lead an international team, drive global initiatives, and actively develop the digital customer experience. Responsibilities Management of the international digital marketing and e-commerce team Technical support for local marketing organizations worldwide Responsibility for the global online marketing and social media budget Further development, implementation, and optimization of the digital marketing strategy Business product owner for the Leister Group websites (including budget responsibility) Establishing and expanding digital marketing analyses and reporting structures Helping to shape the customer experience across all web platforms Identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends Ensuring quality and adherence to best practices across all digital channels Supporting predictive analytics, business intelligence, and CIP processes Your Profile University degree in business administration, marketing, or similar fields Several years of professional experience in digital marketing/e-commerce (B2B2C experience is an advantage) Experience in project and/or change management Expertise in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media Experience with modern AI tools German and English: very good written and spoken skills What to Expect Exciting work in a market-leading, international company in the canton of Obwalden We are surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery with attractive leisure opportunities Flexible working time models and up to two days of home office – where possible and appropriate Support for further training and opportunities for personal and professional development Company cafeteria in Kägiswil and fresh food options in Sarnen Attractive benefits, free parking including electric charging stations, showers for athletes, etc. Contact Carina Bausinger works as Manager Human Resources at Leister AG and is the contact person for employee recruitment, employee support and employee development.
