Using blockchain technology, Taurus platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.TasksThe Head of Trading Sales & Distribution will be responsible to promote and sell our regulated digital asset trading services, more specifically TDX, our regulated electronic trading platform, for crypto-currencies and tokenized securities. Your focus will be on onboarding new clients and generating trading volume.You will be responsible for the following main activities:Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new clients (e.g., banks, securities firms, asset managers, institutional clients, corporations, HNWIs) willing to trade digital assets, or offer digital asset trading platforms to their own end-clientsEnsure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in close collaboration with the support teams (e.g., KYC, FIX trading connectivity setup)Own the full sales process; engage with prospects list and qualify deals, source and co-ordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and within the internal Taurus team, prepare, manage and follow up sales meetings and prospect interactions, and negotiate the closing of new client dealsManage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and active use of the platformCoordinate internally with the Product team to ensure sales handover, product gap feedbackPropose new ideas, strategies, campaigns for sales successOutreach: represent Taurus in third party events and conferences, contribute to marketing, PR and external communication and to build partnerships with institutions within the space, and monitor the competitor landscapeRequirements5-10 years working experience in trading and brokerage sales in the financial services industry (e.g., with a broker, an exchange)Bachelor or master in finance or economySolid and diversified book of clients, experience in building a strong pipeline, and sales lifecycleStrong interest and knowledge in digital assetsGood knowledge of finance and capital marketsGood understanding of financial promotion, marketing and cross-border rulesDynamic, and proactive entrepreneurAvailable to travel extensively to visit clients on-site when neededFluent in English, fluency in another language is advantageousBenefitsAn opportunity to work at the intersection of digital assets and financeA skilled and experienced team, including world-renowned expertsA fast-paced learning environment, entrepreneurial spirit and team spiritA great moment to join as the company grows and expandsState-of-the-art technology and IT infrastructureHybrid remote work and flexible working hoursAs the company evolves in a dynamic and innovative environment, its DNA is based on merit.
