Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay:  $17.00/hour
This position will be ONSITE in Troy, OH

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Providing daily support for the full-time department specialists to meet department goals and objectives.
• Analyzing and creating departmental reports.
• Maintaining the departmental database.
• Tracking reports/systems and updating as needed.
• Tracking, contacting, and following up with suppliers.
• Providing departmental support for ad hoc projects and requests involving system-related functions.
• Assisting with project support within both the office and warehouse environments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent multitasking, communication, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Can track and meet targets/deadlines for assignments/requests.
• Possess strong skills and operating knowledge of MS programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Have experience with MS Access.
• Are proficient in Outlook/Lotus Notes.
