As a Sanitation Technician, you will:
  • Perform essential general labor to support operations
  • Sweep, mop, and empty receptacles
  • Conduct general warehouse maintenance
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms
  • Handle trash removal and manage corrugated scraps
  • Replenish supplies as needed
  • Clean the dock area
  • Sanitize machinery during PM operations
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of custodial experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Practical attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products
  • High performance orientation and a sense of urgency about work
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work various shifts and weekends as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Adaptability to temperature changes in an ambient distribution center
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods; bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50-60 lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 90 feet
