Enter and ensure all shipment data is correct. Make daily check calls on all in transit freight. Collect necessary PODs /BOLs directly from carriers and supply documentation to accounting department. Manage incoming calls and emails and respond professionally and promptly. Research answers or solutions as needed. Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication with the customer. Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns in a professional and prompt manner. Provide operational and sales support. Ability to assess situations and proactively communicate to all pertinent parties Available shifts: Shift timings – 1 st Shift Job requirements: Must be bilingual in Chinese(Mandarin) and English Previous customer service experience a plus but not required. Proficiency Microsoft Office (all programs). Ability to learn new software programs and portals easily. Have a positive attitude. Strong communication skills needed Take the extra mile to engage customers. High degree of creativity and intuition. Ability to think quickly and respond positively under pressure. Be self-motivated.
