Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers, founded in 2012, is a fast-paced, rapidly growing practice that provides state of the art, cutting edge treatments for anxiety, OCD and related conditions.Light On Anxiety’s mission is to provide accessible, practical, empirically supported treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychiatric Medication Services to help clients move past anxiety, OCD and related disorders as rapidly as possible. In addition, Light On Anxiety offers Neuropsychological Testing Services.Job Description:As a Neuropsychologist at Light On Anxiety, you will be an integral part of our growing team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients and community. In this role, you will see clients in an outpatient clinical setting for in-person testing, with intakes and feedback sessions completed in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference.Key Responsibilities:Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with neuropsychological assessment services, including clinical interviews, assessment administration, data integration, report writing and feedback sessionsSupervise a team of postdoctoral assessment interns and/or behavioral techniciansManage and continuously improve neuropsychological assessment procedures, workflows and systemsMaintain an intimate and working knowledge of all clinical and operational policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented by all assessment staffAdminister and score neuropsychological measures, identify appropriate normative values and interpret resultsPrepare and write user-friendly neuropsychological reports for clients summarizing assessment findings and actionable recommendationsCommunicate and consult with members of each client’s care team (legal guardians, families, and other internal and external parties) as necessary and appropriateProvide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriateComplete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough mannerComplete all required trainingsActively seek continuing education to stay informed of all evidence-based treatment protocols for anxiety and related disordersMaintain professional conduct and appearance during all interactions with clients and stakeholdersServe as LOA Ambassador and effectively represent LOA culture, expectations, offerings and policies to internal and external stakeholdersAvailability throughout the week to provide feedback and guidance for time-sensitive clinical situations for direct superviseesMake positive contributions to the Practice’s cultureOther duties as assignedSchedule:Flexible work arrangements, including one fully virtual dayFull-time position (40 hours/week)What We Offer:Highly competitive salary commensurate with licensure and experience (Base + Variable Pay compensation structure)Signing BonusParticipation in and certification through Light On Anxiety's year long Clinical Training Institute, offering advanced specialty training in CBT for anxiety, OCD and related conditionsPaid Time Off and paid company-observed holidaysHealth, dental and vision insuranceRetirement plan with company matchDependent Care and Commuter FSAsHealth Savings AccountShort-Term DisabilityCompany sponsored Basic Life / AD&DCompany laptop, ongoing technical support and technology stipendCompany sponsored continuing education programs to fulfill CE/CME requirementsSupervision needed to obtain independent licensureCompany-sponsored malpractice insuranceReimbursement for licensure examination, registration and renewal feesAdministrative team to build your caseload and manage billing, scheduling and credentialingGorgeous, modern office space and amenities, allowing for maximum peer collaborationGreat opportunities for consultation, collaboration and growthA team-based approach for outpatient mental health services where passionate healers come together to bring out the best in our clients and ourselvesQualifications:Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in IllinoisExperience providing assessment services to child, adolescent and adult populationsAbility to establish rapport and gain the confidence of the members of the patient care team, clients, and administrative staff.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a strong team player with willingness to take initiative in addressing concerns and issues for desired outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsLight On Anxiety Treatment Centers is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
