The Equipment Finance Administrative Specialist II will be a member of our 1st Equipment Finance team which is a Division of Peoples Security Bank & Trust. In this role, our specialist II is responsible reviewing, preparing, and processing applications for new and current credit customers while ensuring all underwriting standards are met.

Requirements

Essential Duties:

  • Collects all necessary information needed to accurately enter, process new applications and make accurate credit decisions.
  • Calculates payments and prepares documents for loan packages. Ensures accuracy of loan documentation.
  • Research and answer any customer inquiries
  • Assists sales department with follow-up for missing information to process deals for credit review.
  • Assists with loan problems/inquiries, loan applications and loan payments
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skill(s): Excellent oral and written communication; Sound judgment; Strong math skills; Thorough knowledge of lending/leasing regulations, procedures and operations; Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of employees and types of customers; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel).

Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in lease/loan related banking position.
