Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This position requires 100% travel to various job sites across the southeast. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist carpenters and other skilled tradesmen with various tasks. Load and unload construction materials and tools. Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials. Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Requirements: Must be able to travel 100% Must live within 1 hour of our corporate office in Gastonia, NC Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments. Willingness to travel extensively (100%) and work at various job sites across the southeast. Excellent physical condition and stamina. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain.
