ssess, propose, design, deploy, test, and place in production next-generation Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions leveraging cloud-based technologies.
Conduct assessments and develop configuration baselines for mobile devices based on industry best practices and cybersecurity recommendations.
Perform software updates to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities and additional remediations to enhance cybersecurity.
Centrally manage and install applications on mobile computing devices.
Perform device data backups as allowed by the platform.
Deploy mobile devices, including initial configuration, testing, and final deployment across all HRT locations.
Troubleshoot issues and deliver Root Cause Analysis reports for service level agreement (SLA) impacting events such as outages and service degradations.
Develop and maintain documentation for provisioning guidelines, pre-deployment checklists, and system design. Lead and manage the team of Mobile Computing Technicians.
Develop and implement project plans for mobile device deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and mobile device protection measures.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strategic recommendations for mobile device redeployment and replacements.
Develop and deliver training for the team on best practices for mobile device management and security.
Maintain and update documentation and training materials for mobile device management procedures and policies. 9 Skill set info Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in managing mobile devices and MDM solutions.
Extensive knowledge of mobile device operating systems and cybersecurity practices.
Strong leadership, project management, and mentoring skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. 10 Education ssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 11 Certifications (if required) CompTIA Mobility+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Mobile Device Management certification, Project Management Professional (PMP). 12 Documentation Required for submission 13 Work Hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST except Federal
