If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Renewal Coordinator to manage and streamline our renewal process. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients during the end-to-end renewal process. Core Responsibilities Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively follow-up with clients. Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and agreements in a timely manner. Coordinate with the renewal manager, software engineers and account management to ensure a smooth renewal process from end to end. Track and manage the renewal pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot). Address customer questions or concerns regarding renewal terms, pricing, and service levels. Work directly with the Renewal Manager to proactively identify risks to renewal. Maintain accurate records of renewal status and performance metrics. Implement renewal groups once an agreement is reached. Improve and streamline the renewal process based on client and team feedback. What We Value Required Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Comfortable working on multiple projects. Team player with a client-centered approach. Preferred Knowledge of the health insurance industry Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
