Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll act as a strategic benefits advisor, guiding small business owners through one of the most important milestones of the year: their benefits renewal. You’ll go beyond simply quoting rates, instead working with clients to simplify complex choices, understand their long-term strategy, and ensure they land on the right solutions for their business and their employees.You'll serve as a trusted partner, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting Rippling’s PEO renewal each fall and uncovering opportunities to expand coverage, helping businesses make confident, strategic decisions about their employee benefits.What You’ll Do:Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clientsCoordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teamsFacilitate mid-year plan changes and client consultationsEvaluate opportunities to add additional lines of coverage at renewalAssist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewalQualifications:Two or more years in a consultative account management roleWell versed in the group health insurance spaceExcellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written formCollaborative spirit with a track record of successActive Life, Accident & Health producer licenseAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
