In-depth knowledge of deposit application functionalities around CD's (Certificates of Deposit) and IRA's, balance options and calculations. Familiarity and working experience with Regulatory requirements, specifically around Tax and Bank Failure/Recovery scenarios. Exposure to TOSCA and basic skills required to run Tosca automation scripts. Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, etc.). Exposure to Monarch is a plus. Understanding of QA management principles (tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution and training). Ability to apply project management principles and techniques to the QA/Testing life cycle. Ability to learn new processes and tool sets quickly. Data Management - experience with utilizing/handling confidential customer data for testing. Reports Validation - exposed to system generated reports for transaction validations.
