If you share our passion for the future, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Digital Enablement to join our Digital Nexus Technology team. Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that align with the organizational vision, goals and objectives, and drive engagement and adoption of Digital projects and products among employees and stakeholders. Lead and manage communication multimedia campaigns to tell compelling stories and drive project solution adoption and utilization, liaising with marketing, project stakeholders, learning, corporate communications and other professionals to ensure alignment of messaging, processes and standards. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned programs and platforms, ensuring stakeholders remain well informed and engaged; manage events calendars, editorial calendars, leadership project briefings, town halls, newsletters, lunch and learns and other communications. Act as the voice of change, influencing leadership messaging and creating collateral that drives user experience sentiment across the organization, supporting change and adoption initiatives through content development, training materials and communications. Identify evolving project deliverables, develop and implement plans to remove barriers, resolve issues, define success metrics and track success throughout program delivery and operations. Provide leadership and guidance to the OCM and digital enablement team, including coaching, mentoring and performance management; build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment and collaboration on OCM and digital enablement activities. Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications Minimum eight years of recent experience leading and directing strategic communications and change management initiatives related to technical projects and products; experience with change management methodology and project lifecycle phases. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Experience leading change for AI programs preferred, with background in project management approaches and tools. Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and editorial skills with keen attention to detail and creative thinking. Ability to interact with and influence individuals at all levels, prioritize, delegate and foster development of high‑performance teams to support a customer‑service and teamwork culture. Strong troubleshooting, organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; some travel may be required.
