Perioperative Care
* Schedule: Part - time,
* (3) eight hour shifts between Monday - Friday with no set schedule.
* Call requirement which includes coverage on nights, weekends and holidays.


* Hospital: Hours will be based upon shift and department needs. There is also an on-call and holiday requirement. On- call includes nights and weekends.

* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job

Credentialed from State Board of Nursing

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of

2 years of acute nursing experience required.

2 years of PACU/Pre-Op or relevant critical care nursing experience preferred.

This position requires cross-training and floating to PACU as needed.
