**Job Summary:**

We require a compassionate and reliable Labor & Delivery RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Collect and analyze data to determine patient diagnosis or issues

* Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team

* Participate in routine deliveries and planned or emergent Cesarean Sections

* Ensure effective care and efficient use of resources

* Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments

**Requirements:**

* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start date

* 1 year of RN experience in Labor & Delivery

* BSN preferred

* Neonate Resuscitate certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained prior to employment start date
