Our team at the Windermere office in Salt Lake City is looking for a friendly and professional Realtor to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and wants to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
Must be 18 years or older

Estimated Commissions between $60,000 to $85,000 (DOE)
