Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of 360° integrated productions at scale, including pre‑production, live‑action/still shoots, and post‑production. Bring multi‑channel creative campaigns to life across broadcast, experiential, and digital programs. Communicate effectively; establish and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, third‑party partners, and internal teams. Develop estimates and schedules; manage projects end‑to‑end to ensure craft, timeliness, and budget adherence. Lead, train, and delegate to a team of Producers, fostering creativity, collaboration, open dialogue, and curiosity. Serve as the primary partner to creative, account, and project management on upcoming and active work, setting the tone and approach to execute the intended creative vision with craft, speed, and efficiency. Partner with the Director of Production to identify growth opportunities, forecast client revenue, and track project metrics. Bid and manage production shoots with third‑party vendors. Collaborate with production teams across North America for shared services and support. Work with team leaders to ensure group success and stability through change and company evolution. Partner with Business Affairs on talent, licensing, and usage requests. Resolve day‑to‑day escalations and production challenges. Engage cost consultants, as needed, for estimate approvals. Qualifications 10+ years in a production environment, including 4+ years in a managerial role; agency experience strongly preferred. Mastery of production techniques, project scoping, and job planning across integrated channels, including experiential and digital activations. Future‑forward; adept at adopting generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance creative product and delivery efficencies. Excellent time management, and verbal and written communication skills. An impressive body of work demonstrating craft and superior execution. Proven team management and leadership in both large and small agency settings. Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions to complex problems. Leads by example, maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Expert problem solver who delivers even when unique challenges arise. Organized and effective under tight, changing deadlines; able to solve problems efficiently in a production environment. Proven ability to mentor and develop production team members.
