Planet Technologies, the nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an Enterprise Architect. Key Duties Identify design gaps and recommend changes or enhancements. Lead the development and integration of architecture strategies. Establish and maintain long‑term architecture roadmaps. Contribute to governance frameworks by defining reference architectures, standards, and principles. Partner with stakeholders to ensure architecture reflects priorities. Provide oversight for major initiatives to ensure scalability and interoperability. Oversee deployment and maintenance of architecture tools. Qualifications Master’s degree with 8+ years of IT architecture experience, including 4 years in a senior or lead architect role. Experience in large‑scale architecture development, cloud computing, data center modernization, and multi‑cloud integration. Certification in federal architecture frameworks (DODAF) required. Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may require up to a 10‑year background investigation – U.S. citizenship (clearable) is required. Salaries for Architects at Planet Technologies range from $140,000 to $220,000, depending on experience, clearance level, and other factors.
