Overview We are looking for an experienced Account Director (Sales) superstar to join our team. This senior-level sales role is responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts, driving top-line revenue and gross profits by selling our products and services. Day in the Life Meet and exceed a GP quota of $1.1M+ Manage and grow account relationships, build future sales pipeline through account and territory planning, and close deals on a monthly and quarterly basis Work with a consulting team to close complex security opportunities at the C‑Level Partner with key vendor representatives to identify and close security software and hardware opportunities Close software and service contracts in the $50k–$2M range Responsibilities Acquire new customers and communicate Tevora’s story Drive revenue by selling the company’s products and services Be the face of the company and build relationships with customers Leverage internal resources to add real value to clients Act proactively in executing sales plans and execute against budget cycles Required Skills & Qualifications Passionate about the security industry Knowledgeable across a wide range of technical disciplines, including regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, penetration testing, and security solutions such as security operations, governance, risk and compliance, advanced threat, behavioral analysis, and next‑gen endpoint solutions Communicate effectively across business and technical boundaries Work independently without detailed guidance Experience 5+ years work experience in security consulting or technology sales Consistent over‑quota achievement Understanding and working knowledge of IT and networking Direct selling expertise with a hunter mentality Working knowledge of channel sales model Formal sales training (Miller‑Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling, etc.) and proven proficiency in implementing selling skills Strong business acumen, professionalism, leadership, accountability, and self‑starter qualities required Excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail, and ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization required Education & Credentials Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field from a competitive four‑year university Personal Qualifications Relationship focused and well networked with peers Passion for security Presentable, personable, and professional Excellent written and spoken communication Punctual and professional Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Vibrant work culture Additional Requirements A valid driver’s license is required.
