Our client, a heavy machinery dealer, is looking for a PowerBI Developer to join their team. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite in Austell, GA.


Primary Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance.

· Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

· Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and customer preferences.

· Create actionable insights by visualizing data through PowerBI dashboards and reports.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns.

· Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.

· Additional duties as assigned by manager.


Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics.

· Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven insights.

· At least 2 years of experience in Power BI development, including creating and managing dashboards and reports, developing data models, and implementing DAX queries to derive insights.
