As a Call Center Representative at Seronda Network, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. If you have excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate, based on customer needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed call handling and quality targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software/systems.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
