In this role, you are expected to work on heart-of-business topics related to market and brand growth drivers, competitive assessments, spend optimization and options for driving top-line and bottom-line. You will be proficient in qualitative analytical frameworks and synthesis of large data sets, generating findings, and drawing out meaningful insights and recommendations using a broad array of existing analytical tools and data products. Strong “C-level” presence with the ability to interact, present, and summarize cohesive information to and for senior executives. An excellent storyteller who brings commercial/industry best-practices into data-based business recommendations.In this role, you with engage with U.S. AI subject matter experts to develop holistic insights for priorities outlined by your Marketing VP/GM. Success is defined as thoughtful, accurate, and timely delivery of key analyses/POVs and next-best action options by leveraging existing U.S. AI data products and training the Marketing PODs on key AI data solutions.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Sr Mgr AI Decision Science & Engagement, are to:Be a strategic thought leader and sparring partner on everything data analytics within Marketing POD;Engage with Marketing VP/GM to identify key business priorities that require ongoing decision support;Review existing data products/solutions from aI Enterprise Business Intelligence, aI Advanced Analytics and Data Science and aI Human Truths, gather relevant data and extract meaningful business insights;For key business priorities, run simulations and war-games to evaluate potential business outcomes;Identify business risks and opportunities based on business goals and constraints;Present findings and next-best actions in simple, easy-to-understand ways;Where needed, influence practitioners from aI Enterprise Business Intelligence, aI Advanced Analytics and Data Science and aI Human Truths to update/upgrade their data products to meet emerging business needs;Play a leadership role in training the Marketing POD on key aI analytics solutions;Role Model BCH Leadership Behaviors: Our ONE TEAM leaders are consumer focused and demonstrate deep business acumen and learning agility.
