Demand Analyst

:Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to gather data and insights on demand patterns, trends, and forecasts.

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and business intelligence to support demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify demand trends, forecast accuracy, and product performance, ensuring the availability of actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Drive improvements in demand forecasting by implementing advanced data analytics techniques, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in demand management processes.
• Partner with the supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and stock levels, optimizing service levels and minimizing excess inventory.
• Create and present detailed reports on demand trends, forecasts, and business performance to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities based on demand forecasts and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead demand review meetings to discuss forecasting, performance trends, and improvement areas with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of strategic demand management processes, aligning with long-term business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in demand management, market analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in demand planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders clearly.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key business decisions.
