You will help shape security strategies, enforce policies, guide personnel, plan for emergencies, and drive awareness initiatives. You will also manage resources, including leadership support, funding, and key personnel, to achieve IT security goals and reduce organizational risk.QualificationsProven ability to implement and manage information security programs within DoD environmentsExperience developing and enforcing policies, incident response plans, and awareness trainingFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management methodologiesAbility to analyze complex risks and recommend innovative security solutionsRelevant DoD certification(s) (e.g., IAT, IAM, IASAE, GSLC, CISSP, CISM, CAP, CASP) or ability to obtainNotesWe embrace AI in the workplace.
