In 2016, Standard and Poor’s assigned the City of Santa Ana an AA issuer credit rating.This position manages the Risk Management Division within the Human Resources Department including, but not limited to, the City's liability, workers' compensation, safety management, and property risk programs, including loss control; and provides complex and responsible support to the Executive Director of Human Resources in areas of expertise.Five (5) years of progressively responsible risk management experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience, in the management of insured, self-insured, and pooled programs. A bachelor's degree in risk management, public administration, business administration, or a related field. Minimum qualifications may be met via an equivalent combination of experience and education sufficient to perform the essential job functions.
